I walked in at closing, wanting to just look through their inventory, real quick. The staff was super friendly, didn't stress about the time, and were helpful with answering my questions, and taking care of my needs. My head is a large size, and one of the ladies laughed, saying that her husband has an equally large head, and that they'd be able to take care of me. no problem at all. For what some might think as a small store, they have a huge selection of boots, shirts, pants, and, of course, hats. They've got plenty of stuff for children, and women, as well as men's. In addition to clothing, they have a whole bunch of other products that one might need for a farm, or Farmette, There is a second building with stock inside, as well as a large stock outside. Next time I'm in the area, this place is definitely on my list of places to visit and do some more shopping. A really great experience. read more

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The prices are good and it's a great place to pick up chicks that are hens without getting roosters. We got some chicks and they are doing great with all of the useful advice from the staff. I saw a review that the staff don't wear masks. This makes me want to go in the store even more so thanks for letting me know. We all know masks don't do anything but make you sicker from breathing in your own germs and it does not block airborne pathogens. To give this place 1 star for wearing no masks is just crazy! Keep the brainwashed ideologies from the media that keeps changing their mind so many times and read the actual science on the issue. read more

This is every response to Mark W. You're a joke you put a bad review on a business because the employees did not have masks on. Even the local police are not enforcing the mask mandate so what gives you the right to try and force it on a business by doing something to hurt them. They don't have a choice in the matter they have to open their doors that's how they pay their bills you have a choice to not shop there. Just like I chose not to shop anywhere that enforced the mask because that's my right. The Barn Loft is a beautiful, well laid out western clothing & accessories store. They also have (next door) a separate store for horse feed and other outdoor barn items. We just moved here from the Jersey Shore in June and I've been here 4 times. Theres no place like this in Jersey. I love coming in to browse and have been thrilled with all of my purchases. I find their prices reasonable for the quality of their items; especially their gorgeous extensive line of cowboy/cowgirl boots and hats. Their clothing is beautiful, authentic and stylish; I absolutely love all of the bright colors and styles. So far, I've purchased a pink cowgirl hat for my 6 year old daughter, boots for myself, a cowgirl hat for myself and my mother in law (who was here visiting from Jersey two weeks ago) flipped over everything and purchased red cowgirl boots, a pair of jeans, 2 tops and a super cute outfit for my daughter for Christmas. I try to not make my post be about anything but the service, or the product, or the business...but as a father of small children and husband of a healthcare worker (in Thomasville...who is broken from the amount of sickness and death she's had to deal with)...I really struggle when businesses blatantly go against rules that are in place (temporarily) to help blunt the current/tremendous impact that COVID is having on a town like Thomasville (where less than 40% of the people have been vaccinated). It was clear today to both me and my 6-year old daughter that someone at this business (probably the owner and/or manager) has thrown down to make sure that employees DON'T wear masks. My 6-year old, who understands that masks aren't the most effective mitigation tool, also knows how to follow rules put in place to help the whole of society. Like speed limits. And yield signs. And temperature mandates on certain food. And masks. I don't like them either...but I wear them so that anyone else that feels nervous to venture out...may feel less isolated and alone during these weird times. read more
