After I requested the tv and speakers to be fixed before the trip they said "oh those never work and always break" and offered no discount, that I could only cancel. They made no mention of them being broken in the months prior that I've had booked. Strongly recommend to rent elsewhere!

I was in a bad storm and couldn't see out the windshield due to not being able to use the washer fluid and wiper. I tried to clear it myself for 20 minutes in freezing temps. We had to stop every 20-30 minutes to manually clear the windshield. Sometimes in areas that had a shoulder not wide enough for a car, as Semi's were going past me at 40-60mph. A 14hr trip turned into a 19 hr trip. I was told my charges would be paused until I received a call from the manager. 3 days later, no call and charges have posted. We also had a nonstop warning from the rear trunk latch and sensors that randomly would not work and flash for hours on the dash. While driving we called enterprise and asked for help but due to the holiday and being late on a Friday, they couldn't offer us anything. It was a miserable, scary experience. Do not rent from here, they don't take care of their vehicles!

I explained that I was told total was $178 not $278. She literally prevented me from speaking directly to the person I originally dealt with even after stating that he was there today. She was INFLEXIBLE & CONDESCENDING & lost herself a customer &: Enterprise member. My lesson is to read everything carefully & to AVOID this Queens Blvd Enterprise at all costs. I was totally shocked as I needed one and it was a holiday weekend and here I was without a car. I tried another Car Rental company with no success. I was talking to another passenger and he told me to try Sixt as he had used them and found them very good. I do a lot of traveling but I had never heard of them. So I got a shuttle to their place of business hoping against all odds that they could help me. I got to the counter and got speaking to a young man called James who told me he wasn't sure if he had a car but he would see what he could do. Fifteen minutes later James came back with a smile on his face and a car for me. I couldn't believe my luck and thanked the heavens for this young man. James was so polite and understanding and went the extra yard to help me that day. I do a lot of traveling and from now on I will use Sixt all the time, I also have told all my friends and coworkers to try Sixt as well. Fortunately, Kathy, who was working behind the counter this afternoon, was very helpful. She assured us not to worry and kindly printed a copy of the receipt to ensure everything was in order. As it turned out, shortly after we left the location, the emailed receipt arrived as promised. Thanks to Kathy's professionalism and excellent customer service, the return process was smooth and stress-free. It was a pleasant experience, and I would gladly return to this location to rent a car again in the future.

First of all I didn't need shuttle service so didn't have to worry about the long wait time for that. I just uber there. And my pick up time was 3pm. I guess that was their down time? Cuz nobody waiting and I was helped immediately. The male staff who took care of me was very polite and professional but yes some of the staff was nasty just by listening to their comversation with other customers. I got a Chevrolet Malibu and it was in good condition. They just washed it. Not sure if they cleaned it inside but it was acceptable. So all in all it was a very smooth process for me I was out in about 30 mins. I was very lucky.
