Awful!!! I have never worked with such an awful accountant. The whole firm is completely unprofessional. They are not organized at all, never responded to emails or messages. I walked in to discuss why no one has called me back or answered all of my messages to Steve (owner) cursing his wife out using the most foul language I have ever heard. Would love to give zero stars. Have had numerous mistakes made with our taxes which we've had to pay penalties on. He does not know the tax laws at all. He makes mistakes that if he were a trained professional he would not make. He thinks he can just use a program and the program will alert him if he's wrong. Never again. Do not go here unless you want to be constantly writing checks to the IRS for years past of badly prepared returns. Also-can echo the previous review in terms of being unprofessional. He does not keep your finances in confidence as he told us about numerous clients personal financial situations. Steve and co have been doing my taxes for 10 yrs. They are always super fast and diligent. We conduct all our business via email or phone which is helpful since we moved off of Long Island. I always receive very prompt response from the whole team and am very surprised to hear other reviewers complain about lack of service. I have never experienced this even once in a decade. Horrible. They messed up my taxes big time last year and ended up paying so much money. I've called them several times and no one calls me back. Their customer service is just horrible. The only time I was able to actually speak to someone they had no answers at all and blamed the IRS. When I called the IRS they said it was due to errors on the accounts part.
