Our book choices and drinks from the cafe
    Pearl L.

My boyfriend and I came here on Friday evening for a date to check out some books, enjoy a drink and hang out with our fur babies in one convenient place. As we entered inside, we were able to look for some books to purchase with our fur babies with no problem. The staff here were very accommodating and checked in on us to see if they could provide any help. Once we got some books, we walked over to the cafe and got a cold brew and passion tango iced tea lemonade which was made to perfection in a quick manner by the friendly barista. The prices for the drinks were same as getting them at another Starbucks. They also offer deals with a BOGO 50% cookies or if you buy a drink after buying a book that they are selling at the ordering counter then you would get a discount which I thought was neat. We sat down and read for a little bit and after about an hour so we were pleased with our selection and decided to head to check out. We found out they were running a sale for paperback books which was awesome as we had almost the right amount but they had books at the counter to select from that are top picks from Barnes and Noble. The prices for the books dropped and made the purchase even more cheaper than we had intended which was a nice surprise. Additionally, on your receipt they have a $1 off grande or larger size drinks for your next cafe visit! We look forward to coming back for our future book purchases and dates with our dogs!

Good place as always for finding your book needs. This one has something others do not. And that's a place to browse through your books before deciding what to buy. ITS GOT CHAIRS! What a nice idea. I recommend this not just for the chairs but for the helpful staff and huge selection of books and other items.

I received exceptional services on my visit at this location. The value of what I paid for is okay. They carried as great selection of books, magazines, manga books, puzzles and games, etc.

This Barnes & Noble is in the middle of a strip mall, right next to H Mart. There's a large kids section in the back, which is why we went. The only thing I'd say was a bit lacking is seating in the kids area. Similar to other Barnes & Noble's, there's a Winnie the Pooh stage, a Dr. Seuss area, and ample books for kids. Overall, a great place to take your kids to read and find books they like. There's also a Starbucks inside of this Barnes & Noble for the adults.

I am unsure, though, because this bookseller's name is in two words, instead. Anyway, I press on. I have been buying books from Thriftbooks for many years and have not ever been dissatisfied with the books I have received until now. I received a Celebrate Recovery Bible that had apparently been damaged in shipping. The reason for my searching this company down in order to give them five stars is that they handled the issue calmly and quickly and shipped me out another one, allowing me to just donate my damaged copy to the Salvation Army instead of paying shipping costs to return it to them. The Salvation Army will give it away free, I told them, in my local store. Two extra stars for that! And the customer service representative, Justin, was wonderful. The staff members who dealt with my written complaint were also as wonderful as Justin. Thanks, everyone. A word of "warning" for buyers before you purchase--Thriftbooks purchases arrive in flexible paper packaging, so it IS possible for them to get damaged en route, especially heavy books like Bibles.

The knowledge the staff had was incredible and it really helped make our experience so much better. The customer service is on point! I appreciate the honesty and transparency, and what also stood out if their willingness to help us find what we wanted. We were recommended to other local comic book shops as well, which I thought was pretty awesome to show love and support to other local shops in the area. Overall a great experience and can't wait to make this a regular stop during my trips to Seattle. Make sure to check out the $1 bins!

The warehouse is open to the public for 50% off all books and select books are only $1 or $3. Educators can sign up online to get a Fast Pass and receive a discount. They have a huge selection of non-fiction, fiction, award-winning, children's, YA, reference, graphic novels, etc. It's a great way to stock up on summer reading and classroom books. The books were organized by grade but the warehouse itself was not in any particular order. I would walk down an aisle thinking it had all the K-3 books but then come across YA mystery novels at the end of the aisle. It was confusing and took a lot of effort to find the rest of the K-3 books. They also have a section in the front corner where you can fill a box of any of those books for $24. The selection here is not as good and a lot of patrons misinterpreted the deal with so many advertisements posted around the warehouse but only applicable to a small selection. Don't forget to use your scholastic points to purchase! Overall, the sale was great, if you're looking for new and recent books. Otherwise, I would still stick to Goodwill or garage sales for collecting items to build your classroom library. I mean... I spent way too much time and money here.
