TERRIBLE SERVICE - Won't Be Back…read more FIRST - I walked in and the person behind the counter just stared at me. No "Hi," no "Hello," no "How can I help you"... NOTHING. I had to introduce myself and explain I was there to inquire about selling some Pokémon cards. He then told me they only buy in bulk. Fine - I actually came in with a huge collection plus a rare Dragonite V Alternate Art 192/203 (Evolving Skies Full Art Alt Art). SECOND - I asked if he wanted to at least look at the rare card. He declined without hesitation, then added that shops "only pay 20%-30% of the value." That is completely FALSE. THIRD - After all of this, I said "okay" and wrapped it up. But was I thanked for coming in? Was I told "have a good day" or even a simple "bye"? Nope. Just another blank stare. This shop clearly does not value its customers or show even the bare minimum of courtesy. Even if they don't want to purchase something, the least they could do is provide basic customer service. Instead, I walked away feeling disrespected and dismissed. Absolutely awful experience.

They had new and vintage floppies, covering publishers from Marvel to Image, however they had no books. They had plenty of toys and lots of random funko pops from various media. Staff was fast with my checkout, but otherwise unobtrusive. Definitely worth another visit!

They rarely keep a good back stock of past comics. Most of what's available seems to be leftover issues that didn't sell, rather than a curated selection of popular or essential titles. If you're looking for anything specific from recent weeks, chances are it's already gone. New comic release days feel like they're catered exclusively to regulars. I arrived at 11:20 AM on release day and the Redband Punisher issue was already sold out. It's frustrating to see how few copies they order--there's never enough for everyone, and it feels like unless you have a pull list or know someone, you're out of luck.
