After giving them the correct info, they said I should get a call in 1 or 2 days to set up a time to get my cpap. After 2 weeks, I still hadn't heard anything. I called again & they said the person I needed to talk to was in the office & they'd transfer me to "him". The phone went to a woman's voice mail. I left a message but still have heard nothing. I'm going to get my doctor to refer me to another place. If I had died from stopping breathing due to no cpap machine, my family would be suing Rotech.​
