I've only met Dr. Patti Webb once, but she's absolutely hilarious and instantly makes you feel at home. Dr. Jordan Webb, clearly takes after her with his warm, gentle bedside manner. Now, I actually look forward to my appointments every six months. The entire team is wonderful -- especially my hygienist, Jessie, who makes every visit feel easy and comfortable. I've never felt more at ease in any doctor's office. Whenever the topic of dentistry comes up, I can't help but rave about the amazing care I've received at Gentle Dental. Even without dental insurance, I find the visits are affordable and completely worth it. It is an expense I'm happy to make every single time.

They were very honest and let me know it was actually something else and not my tooth, which I really appreciated. I ended up having a few visits for other things, including a cleaning, and every single time the staff was very nice and welcoming. I had Dr. Habib, who was absolutely phenomenal. He's very kind, efficient, and clearly knows his stuff, which made me feel really comfortable. The office itself is clean, modern, and has state-of-the-art equipment. There's also plenty of parking, which is always a plus. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the billing. A few times my insurance got mixed up, and while I was there, I noticed other patients coming in with billing concerns as well. To be fair, that could be more on the insurance side than the office, but it did cause some inconvenience. Overall, I would definitely recommend them and will continue going back!

The dental team, Dr. Taylor and a PA, did their best to get my problem resolved, spent quite a bit of time with me setting up my status for a new, registered patient (Full X-rays and history). Their concern for my comfort was exceptional and unexpected - this practice is NOT like most dental practices that I've been to. I also noted that the entire staff, reception, billing, scheduling, assistant and the DMD herself were all smiling and, it seemed, happy to be working there and so welcoming to a new face. I'm sold. I'm delighted to have found such a caring team.

In the past, the doctor really seemed to care if you were in pain or not. A year ago, I returned to…read morethis doctor regarding an implant he had previously done years before. The implant began to bleed upon cleaning, so the doctor related that he needed to lay the gum back so it could be cleaned. After the healing process was completed with the cleaning; a lot of the gum was missing from the implant and the metal could be seen from the implant. The tooth with a crown in front of the implant was also missing gum as well. When pointing this out to the doctor several times, he did send me to a gum specialist to have a gum tissue graft on the tooth with the crown in front of the implant. The specialist did not want to do anything to the gum around the implant. However, the implant was still without gum and metal was still showing. The gum stayed sore so he sent me back to the gum specialist who I went to before and he dismissed me and said no one could see it because the tooth was in the back. Because this would be a favor to the doctor, I do not think the specialist wanted to deal with it. To this day, the gum remains sore and I cannot eat on that side of my mouth. What once used to be a comfortable tooth to chew with and a nice appearing gum line is now gone and there is ugly metal showing and to fix it has been estimated at thousands of dollars. Sadly, I am left with this problem and will have to pay out of my own pocket to fix it or try to live with the pain. I e-mailed the doctor but never heard back from him.

When finalized set arrived, they did not align properly, and lower set was more loose than my original after having original for over 15 years. Johary himself is rude. His ego and bravado are of that if a narcissist, and he enjoys remarking about other patients, while you wait in him to finally attend to you while in the room. Not recommended as a great experience. So bad, my insurance referred me to another orthodontist, who performed extremely beyond measure. In the attached pictures, you can see the material and craftsmanship of the Dentures given as also the incompetence of providing a correct set. Everyone has seen better work at dentures in a day.
