When I wanted to wash later, the washer didn't turn on. Of course, I came to this platform and sent out a request for quotes. Vendors did respond and most within a reasonable amount of time. They all responded with their service charge and were very nice, but here is what was different about Kennedy's Home Solution. Devin, the tech didn't really ask about the dryer. What he asked was if I had checked the breaker to seek if maybe it had tripped to cause the dryer not to work. I thought that was really special and told me this company works efficiently. If he could save a meaningless call for them and me, then we all win. It really wasn't the breaker- It was suggested because of the age of the dryer and the symptoms that I just get a new dryer which my husband has just ordered, but KUDOS to this company for hiring people who think second level instead of just sending someone out and charging a service charge for nothing! Here's what happened:     *    Salesperson JESSE promised me a TPO membrane roof -- I got cheap peel-and-stick roofing instead.     *    I was upcharged for plywood that I later found buried under trash they left behind.     *    They claimed they tarped my brand-new composite deck -- instead, it now has deep scratches and TAR pressed into it.     *    I was harassed for payment the same day the job was finished, even though the work was a disaster.     *    I've had nails in my tires and nails jammed between my new deck boards ever since.     *    I brought in professional roofers afterward -- the roof is so badly done, it all needs to be torn off and redone. When I called to get answers, HARRY (the general manager) hung up on me and BLOCKED my number. This company is completely unprofessional and dishonest.
