I called around to a couple different dealers and one of the other dealers was very condescending and acted like I was wasting his time. But then I called Fries and found the person I spoke with was very helpful and patient even though it was close to closing time on a Saturday and he wasn't even the salesman. I drove out to Kearney the following Monday and was greeted as soon as I walked in. My salesman Collin ( Last name Fries which I didn't know or realize until after most of the deal was done.) answered all my questions. He took the time to thoroughly explain the machine and all the details of operation. Collin was very helpful and even honored or beat the prices of the accessories I was looking for. He has been very helpful in tracking down the right parts even after the fact. He even was able to expedite the delivery. TBH in today's world it is very tough to find great service alone but to pair it with great prices is almost unheard of! Collin Fries and Fries AG & TURF have earned all my business from here going forward! To anyone thinking about a new mower or outdoor equipment, Fries should be your first call. I have driven by this store a million times over the years but never had reason to stop in. I sure am glad my friend was going rabbit shopping because this store is a gem. You take a step back in time when you enter the doors. It is like an old timey feed store that makes you wish for simpler times. Trust me, though, there is nothing simple about this store. They care so much stick and inventory that it is overwhelming. I did not know where to start with the shelves stacked so high. They seemed to have a little of everything for any kind of farm animal you can imagine. There was horse feed, dog leashes, at collars, bird baths and that is just the surface. I asked the proprietor for help and he knew exactly what to get for my friend. He asked Just the right questions. He was patient and humorous with me. I could tell he knew exactly what I needed. He sacked up some feed and sent me on my merry way. While I was in the store I noticed this man knew people by name. They came in and he had their usual orders ready to go. Very nice. I can't speak for their fire safety systems and if they actually stop fires, but I'm guessing they do the job. The gentleman I spoke with was very knowledgeable about my CO2 tank and told me a lot of information that I wouldn't have known otherwise. All the questions I asked were answered very well and I didn't get any sort of feeling that I was asking to many questions or all the wrong questions. I just wish they we open past 4:30 because its tough for me to get there after work unless I leave early. Which means I'll only be able to visit during my lunch break during work. Usually this would subtract a star but since everyone was friendly I can't complain to much.

Think complete fire suppression systems, commercial kitchen hoods, fire extinguisher service, etc. So it is really nice that when I come here for a simple refill on CO2 they are always courteous and helpful.
