So we decided to give Maisch a try. They identified a part they thought might be responsible for our issue (I believe it was the choke valve) and replaced it. We got it home and it worked fine that first time out, but two weeks later, when it was time to mow the lawn again, same problem reappeared again! Three attempts to get the problem fixed, and $180 dollars later, I was ready to chuck the mower and buy a new one. But the wife insisted I take it back to Maisch one more time. This time they replaced the carburetor, and did it for free!! Not sure yet if the problem is permanently fixed, but either way, Maisch is definitely the model of excellent customer service. We will trust them with all our future mower repair needs and recommend our friends do the same.

I plan on taking my newest tractor to Louisburg within a few weeks to have it checked out before I begin using it in earnest. I feel that everyone I have spoken to at Romans truly cares about me getting the best I can from my equipment. My brother also purchases all of his parts from the same location, driving from the Merriam/Shawnee/Overland Park area for parts for the tractors he uses within his own company in lieu of using the Kubota dealers closer to us. I truly believe they all are well versed with Kubota products both current and older.

When I was well enough to check it out, it was quickly apparent it was way too small for my Zero turn mower being a ZD 331 with 72"deck. This canopy offers little protection for operator. I called Coleman about a return offering to pay return shipping,,,They refuse to take it back...Even being under the 30 day period in they return policy.
