Logan came out and did an absolutely tremendous job. He spent a good chunk of his time just fine tuning my garage door to make sure that that worked perfectly before putting on the new door opener, which is really nice, state of the art, quiet, bright, and very functional. The unit and the service call were both very cost-effective as well. I have zero complaints with the company. My only complaint is that the new Liftmaster unit is not backwards compatible with some of my car based openers and aftermarket openers. Fantastic service from the company!

I called Faithful at around 830am and the technician (Richard) was at my house within an hour. Richard assessed the situation, braced the trouble areas, maintenanced the the door, and was on his way in less than an hour. Richard was efficient and cleaned up as he worked. He said the panels should be replaced and would send me a quote if I was interested. Richard called me with a quote for replacing the panels and was once again at my house a few days later to install them. I was very pleased with the responsiveness of the tech and the quality of the work. Richard not only fixed my garage door like new, but he taught me a great deal about the door and the maintenance I should be doing to keep my garage door in good working order. HIGHLY recommended!
