It was damaged somehow on one side of the box. The hole was on 75% of the box. She definitely saw it but She did not want to show me. I didn't notice any discounts or sale on any of the products, sort of defeated the purpose of being in an outlet mall. Aside from that, it is a wonderful store to visit.
