Shady product and problem resolution. I purchased a red tie from this location which transferred…read moredie to my new custom white shirt and collar the first time I put it on. I took the tie and shirt in, but the associate was unable to offer a solution even though I could tell he wanted to. He said he was not allowed to give out the store, managers, contact information or the regional managers contact information so I had to call the 800 number , who told me that was not policy and immediately transferred me to the regional. The regional manager said he would talk to the store manager to stop back in and they would take care of it. When I stopped back in, the store manager said I don't believe that's from the tie and would not offer me any type of solution for the shirt that they ruined. As a note, I never asked for a dollar amount or other merchandise. I just asked them what they could do to make the situation better. Their reply was nothing. That was a choice potential customers should know about before you purchase. I realize that we shopped there because we don't have many options, but at a very minimum I would strongly recommend a different store location at the very least.
