Upon arrival he introduced himself, listened to the problem, and got right to work. Within a short amount of time he informed me of the problem and gave me a good fair price. My mom's air was running 100 percent within a short amount of time. Chris even charged less for the service call then he had quoted on the phone! This all took place on a Saturday!
