Went to pull into the Post Office in Bullhead City, saw a woman and her little daughter on the sidewalk getting ready to cross the PO entrance when everyone stopped to let them cross with the exception of the driver of the Baron's truck that pulled right in front of them. Very bad manners and not safe driving either. I would never use their services or recommend this company just for the impolite driver that doesn't give right-of-way to pedestrians. Shameful, even the little old lady behind that Baron's truck stopped and shook her head. You had better have a meeting with your employees. read more

Just a quick note. We are new to Bullhead City, (new home in Fox Creek). We are highly pleased with Ryan and the landscaping that was accomplished in our front yard associated with Brookfield Homes. Consequently, we are also in the process of contracting for landscaping in the backyard and will eventually look at their security services as well. One normally judges a company by their representatives that provide the customer interface and initial products, and given that - we are very happy. Ryan is passionate about his work, timely in his commitments, personable and has a thorough knowledge of the what plants will work and what plants will not work in the specific climate zone of BC. Chris ( the exterminator ) was very pleasant to deal with when it came to my estimate and really giving me full details of what will be done and even showed me why. I have been with baron for 7 years, had a great guy on my route, always good service & when I had a problem, he was there. He quit a few months ago, the second guy was very dedicated and thought he was good too. but he quit within 2 months, then I got a young inexperienced guy and I asked him to flea spray(only asked once before since he was there) and he didn't know what to do, he called the office and they want to send someone out for a estimate? I only had a few, no problem before. I had my dogs professionally cleaned that day so with spraying it would work. He wouldn't or didn't know how do it. Don't know what happened but I am changing companies and telling my neighbors. Our first guy got them signed up since I had service too. read more

This company has been providing our pest service for over a year without issue, but now I realize it was due to our service man, Brandon. Since he has left the area, I have cancelled with Baron Pest and chose another area provider. The new guy sprayed last week and I'm still seeing a few pesky insects that are barely dead inside the house. This never happened before so I called and spoke to Caroline asking for someone to return to respray thinking the new guy maybe missed some or was light on the product. She asked me if I wanted to reschedule my June service to earlier or pay $38 for an unplanned visit. I asked if the guarantee their services. She put me on hold never to return. We were disconnected and she didn't call me back although my account with my number was in front of her. So I called back and asked to cancel my service account. Caroline gave me Jamie who asked if I wanted to cancel because of service. I said yes, both pest service and customer service. She said I'm sorry - although never asked me what I meant or the situation to see if she found resolve. She then wanted to make sure I had mailed my payment in from the previous WEEK's visit. That seemed to be her only concern - one time $32 payment vs keeping a monthly customer at over $350/year. Sometimes it is the exact serviceman you get that makes you believe in a company. I have been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and I am well aware of the true definition customer service. Yesterday, (8-6-2019) was my mother's quarterly extermination spray and Kim L. was the technician. Not only did she go above and beyond once, but twice. I mentioned to her I was waiting for her to finish so I could sign the invoice and go get dinner for my mom and I. Unbeknownst to Kim L., my mother has alzheimer's. The first act of kindness Kim L. had me sign the invoice before she finished so I could leave. I came back and she was just pulling out and she told me that there was a leak under my mother's modular house and she reparied it. Needless to say, I was taken aback. In one routine visit she not only performed her job, but she quickly expedited the invoice for me to sign and she crawled under my mother's modular house with it being over 100 degrees outside, wearing a long sleeve uniform. Finally, I was thinking, that if she does acts of kindness, like she did with us, those folks are very fortunate to her on their route. In the end, I highly recommend Baron Services for all of your exterminating needs. read more

I just wanted to give a shout out to how great Baron Pest Solutions is!! While during a normal service Thomas noticed a pool of water or such that just wasn't normal on my property. He took the time to contact his company who in turn reached out to me to inform me of his discovery. My home there is a vacation home with no one living in it right now...from there Thomas took the time to inspect the inside of my home to find out it was flooding. I just have to give an extra shout out to Thomas who no doubt is a great asset to this company!! He reached out to me and took pictures of the flooding inside home and took care of turning the water off for me. This is huge since I reside in California over 4 hours away. My water company out there on the other hand saw a spike in my water and had someone at my place a week prior...all they did was leave a sticky note on my door but couldn't be bothered to have picked up the phone to inform me.
