Employees, especially younger workers, were often spoken to in a disrespectful and demeaning way. Instead of being guided or supported, they were made to feel small and unvalued. No one should have to deal with that kind of treatment at their job. There were also moments that crossed a serious line. I personally witnessed behavior that made me uncomfortable, including aggressive actions toward employees that should never happen in any workplace. Seeing that made it clear that this business is not being run with professionalism or respect for its workers. A business reflects its leadership, and in this case, the leadership creates a toxic and unhealthy environment. Employees deserve to feel safe, respected, and appreciated, not intimidated or mistreated. Based on this experience, I truly believe this is not a place people should consider working for or supporting.
