Had an issue with disrespect from a service technician, called the main office and ended up speaking with the owner. Discovered exactly where the disrespectful attitude comes from. she was rude, was not interested in customer service or customer satisfaction. Suggested she was on the verge of losing a customer and she did not care. We do not recommend using Patriot for any reason. read more

I was very happy with my service from Patriot Environmental for the first several months. My usual tech was replaced, and when I explained to new tech what I wanted done, so he knew what the prior tech had been doing, he tried to say it would cost more for the exact same service. The next time he came out to spray, he wasn't here long enough to complete the job. I reported that to the office, and they said that he was here for long enough, according to their GPS tracker. He may have been parked in my cul-de-sac, but I can assure you that the job was not thorough, nor complete. My dogs didn't bark, which they ALWAYS do, and we mysteriously had more pests than we usually did. A couple of months later, they were a complete no call/ no-show. I text them to find out if they were coming to do the job and was told they were "re-routing" and would have someone out 3 weeks late, but they'd come out to do a free complimentary spray on the meantime. Again, they didn't show up and didn't call to let me know. I called to find out what was going on, and Kim gave me the same lame "re-routing" excuse. She said she wanted to "make it right" with me but then failed to offer any solution. I hired Patriot after a friend in Golden Valley recommended them and because they advertise that they're veterans. My husband and many family members are veterans as well, and I like to support fellow vets. However, this time, the whole we're "veterans" thing proved to be an epic fail in our situation. I was willing to work with them. I tried to get someone out to spray after noticing roaches along with other bugs near our back door, and they are simply not reliable. A guarantee is absolutely worthless if they can't back it up. If it was my business, and I knew my internal employee issues were causing a lack of service to my loyal customers, I'd be out doing the job myself. Evidently, they don't have the same work ethic, which cost them our account. read more

Had some critters come waltzing in the house like they owned the place after the last monsoon. It flooded pretty good up to my door. Because I didnt want them calling their friends for a big party, I called Patriot Environmental. Scheduling was prompt, easy and they were able to fit me in within a week. The technician was on time and presented himself in a polite and professional manner. He was quite knowledgable and confident that his treatment plan would work. Been a long time customer, always 1st Friday of the month in the am. On Thursday night when I hadn't received the reminder call I called them. Talked to someone you said I wasn't on the work sheet for Friday but she would check it out and call me right back. I'm still waiting for the call. I called again Friday when they didn't show up at the usual time. Found out that we are no longer 1st Friday am, but we are last Friday pm. Patriot Environmental is the only pest control company I will work with in the Kingman area. I'm astounded by their professionalism and excellent customer service. Their attention to detail, and environmentally friendly approach to animal concerns is refreshing. We had a major issue with one of our rental properties and some persistent roof dwellers, aka pesky pigeons! Mike handled it by immediately re-homing the pigeons and placing aesthetically pleasing spikes on our tile roof. Taylor has been a pleasure to speak with every time I call the office and has taken the time to answer all of my many concerns. My grandparents recently signed a contract with this company (which I guess was formerly known as Baron), any how, as I am always cautious about people trying to take advantage of the elderly, I can say that this was not the case in this instance..
