Ever since switching to EcoGen, the difference has been night and day. I still see the occasional scorpion here and there, but the key thing is ..they're already dead. That alone tells me their treatment is actually working. I'm not sure what they're using in their spray, but whatever that active ingredient is... don't change it. Seriously. Because I've seen other companies switch things up and everything goes downhill after that. So far, this has been extremely effective and consistent. Therefore I am still getting harassed by their collection agency. Issue has been going on almost 4 months. Not worth the headache. Find another pest control company. Also, at this point you'd think the company would offer a credit or do something as an apology for the inconvenience (seriously you stuck your collections agency on me when I had a valid payment on file and you messed up). They haven't done a thing. And for the record. I was a client for almost five years and never missed a payment or had any problems with the company. It would have been nice if they called me before turning me over to a collections agency and we could have figured out THEIR mistake.

When I called someone irritated about the service and overall experience with them, the owner's wife got attitude on the phone with me and hung up on me.
