I watched Patrick and his crew remove a dilapidated building and turn a grown up lot into a place where friends and family can enjoy great food and fellowship. We love the Greek pizza and everything on the buffet. Barone's also gives local students and adults a place to work. We ate here Friday and it was wonderful. I've had lunch here a few times while working and recently took my wife. The pizza is always the right temp and the salad bar, while small, has all the right stuff on it to make a great salad. The lettuce and toppings have always been fresh. This last time, we weee asked if there was anything special we wanted but we just ate what was there. Just a note, the baked potato pizza is pretty darn good. Also, the buffalo wing pizza was good. Just the right amount of spice and not too over powering. The service is good as well. Honestly, I'm not sure what I expected when my son's family dragged me here tonight. My nephew didn't even want to eat - he spent the entire time in the arcade. It must be fun for children and for that I'm happy that he enjoyed himself, but the pizza itself was nothing special. The salad bar was great, and I thought I was all done until... My son's "hot wing pizza" arrived to the table. When I tell you my soul was transcended to the astral realm after one bite, I mean it. Unfortunately it was a bit too spicy for me and he even said it was spicier than normal. I'm not sure I would venture out here again because of the noise from the arcade, but I will definitely be requesting this for our next pizza night order when I'm back in town. Man, I hope this place gets better. I had so much hope. Pizza buffets just disappoint, I think, pretty much everywhere. First off, it's way too expensive in my opinion for the quality of food you get. If you want adults to come in here and eat, all the screaming kids won't make me come back. I get it, it's a family place, but kids don't have money. The pizza tasted alright, but it was when we got home that the real experience started. The whole rest of the day my wife and I were both in and out of the bathroom like clockwork with horrible diarrhea. It was ALL DAY. Not even a chance of either of us going back. Alright let me break it down as a employee that currently works here.... Pros: staff is friendly and work really well together. Food on the bar is very fresh all the time. It's replaced often. Prices are fair but you gotta come in hungry and ready to eat to get your moneys value. We keep the place clean and tidy as much as possible. Cons:other than the dough everything is NOT fresh most of everything comes in frozen bags especially the meat. Some of the produce is fresh like onions and green peppers and a few small things but sauces and dipping come from a bag or bottle. The ranch could be made fresh and we could have fresh eggs but we don't. This is from an employee standpoint, the OWNERS simply don't care about us and do not pay what they should,there is no benefits of course for the adults so they should be able to pay them more because one of them doesn't even have a car and walks miles to work everyday but the owner has a nice new truck. They say there is a raise every 3 months but that will never happen. There is no room to grow here and more than likely when you start you'll be put on dish and that's where you will stay for a long time. I think out of all the jobs they should have it so each job make's different money because when dish is back there working there tales off and cash is just talking and cutting up it's just not fair. There are a lot of adults mixed in with us high schoolers and they are somehow making the same amount even though they work more and harder. I think this can be worked on and fixed if we had staff meetings to discuss these things but we don't. This would be a great environment if everyone said these things. A little background, this was my first time here and wanted to try the cauliflower pizza crust for keto. I ordered my pizza to go because I had somewhere to be and I got a drink. There are NO "waiting" chairs by the desk you order at, just tables throughout. So I sat at a table near the kitchen thinking I am making it convenient on whoever is going to bring out my order. I noticed one of the women that was making pizza started giving me ALL of the dirty looks like I had just broken some kind of long standing rule. She spoke to another woman who looked dead at me, shook her head, then went to the front desk to speak with the girl I ordered from. The whole time the other woman back there cooking continued giving me awful looks. I finally got my food and stood up to leave when I noticed both women were looking at me and all of the sudden looked relieved. As I was leaving I asked the girl at the desk (who was amazing by the way) why it seemed like I did something wrong and she explained that they thought I was going to eat my to go pizza at a table, again there are no random chairs to wait in. I was wanting to bring my family back here to eat but honestly after the extreme reaction to me "sitting in the wrong place" I don't know what they will think of children who are unpredictable. Used to be Stevie B's but still just as good. Thanks goodness they didn't change the good things. Buffet style pizza place. You walk down a line of pizzas. A plethora of choices. If you don't see what you want then flag down someone behind the pizza bar and ask for something special. They'll hand you a number and will bring it out when it's ready...no extra charge. When your requested pizza comes out, you can ask for them to leave the whole pizza or leave just a few slices. Whatever you don't take will go back up to the pizza bar for others to enjoy. Don't worry, they only take back the pieces you don't ask for up front. :-) My daughter usually asks for a Mac & Cheese pizza while I'll request the Chicken BLT pizza. Yum! After you've finished your main course, they have several dessert pizzas. Our favorite is the Bavarian Chocolate pizza! If you are 62-89 then you get the Senior price. There are 2 levels of kids prices (4-6 & 7-10) but ages 0-3 & 90+ eat free! I'll eventually get to a discounted price! Arcade in back with several games to choose from. Token machine in front of arcade. Definitely a place you can bring your kids for even the picky eaters will find something they like! A pizza staple around here! read more

I had been wanting to try this place and finally made it in. We arrived at about 2:00 on a Saturday and they probably had 12 - 15 other people in the place when we arrived. First, I would say they are on the expensive side. For five of us to get the buffet and a drink it was about $65. This would equate to three large pizza's from a nice place or 6 large pizza's from what I would call a fast food pizza (Pizza Hut, Domino's, etc). For the price point they should really do a better job of making sure pizza is well stocked. They did offer to make us whatever we wanted and brought it to our table before they put it out on the buffet, but the pizza they made (meat + bell pepper + onion) really kind of felt thrown together. Some things were cooked, some things (bell peppers) didn't look like they even went through the pizza oven. Like I said the staff was friendly, but the quality was not in line with the price. I was told that they offer the buffet for less during the week. At a price point of $6.95 - $7.50 (including drink) they would be at a reasonable price point, but they are actually about 25 - 30% higher then that. read more

This review isn't about the pizza, which was good for buffet pizza, but the practices of this location. They do not ask people entering the restaurant to have masks on, nor did they ask customers going down the line to wear their masks. They also were not making sure customers had clean plates every time they went through the buffet line. We did not stay and I spoke with the manager. She was very nice and said that she and all her employees wear their masks, and gloves. Which I observed they did, but to not ask the customers to comply isn't right. read more

Last Friday, I visited Stevie B's Pizza for the first time in 8 years. This visit was completely on a whim; my grandfather and I were out getting errands done, and as we rode through the area I suggested this for fun. We certainly didn't regret stopping by. It was only a minute or so before we paid for buffet access, and there were around a dozen variations of pizza available at that given time. There were flavors such as BLT (which I've never heard of for a pizza), hot wing, chicken bacon ranch, cheese, and more. There were also dessert pizzas such as blueberry and some sort of cheesecake pizza. There were options for salad as well, but I skipped that. For my first round of pizza, I got a piece of each of the aforementioned variations to try, except for the cheese one. I was also pleased that they had the classic jazz solo cups from the '90s for our drinks; nostalgia brings me joy. Pepsi products were available at the fountains nearby, so I got some Mountain Dew. We made our way to a nearby booth, and each of the booths had plastic shields in between them. During our dinner, employees diligently cleaned the other tables when customers left. When we began to eat, I instantly liked the chicken bacon ranch pizza. They were generous with the ranch in that pizza flavor, and all the other variations I selected were enjoyable. I also had some breadsticks to the side and they were decent, but nothing extraordinary. I thought the dessert pizzas were splendid and a great secondary item to go with the savory pizzas. My grandfather had high praise for the BLT pizza, but I missed out on this. From my understanding, they have a lengthy list of pizza flavors that randomly become available at the buffet. I was already nearly full by the time I was thinking of getting a piece of the BLT pizza, but I thought I'd just try next time. After I became full, I went into the arcade in the back of the restaurant. There were roughly 12 machines, some being candy claws and racing games. A few of these games were not functional such as Stacker (a disappointment since that's one of my old favorites). One of the claw machines would not accept tokens and would just spit them back out. It seems like the only games that actually worked were a couple of racing games. I played a NASCAR game as well as as a motorcycle game. The motorcycle game needs some sort of repair because steering was difficult and the game did not properly respond to controls. I hope the owner of the restaurant can make arrangements to get the arcade back to a fully functioning state, because that's one of the best parts of this restaurant. (Also, if the owner reads this, I remember playing a pinball machine in there during my last visit in 2013; it would be cool to see one in there again as I love pinball!) All being said, this is an excellent pizza parlor and I will be returning here very soon. I had the pleasure of visiting last month for the first time after shopping! The pizza on a buffet pizza scale is definitely a 8 out of 10. I have only eaten at maybe 3 pizza buffets that were better. One thing that really makes me impressed here is the amount of staff and how kind and helpful they are. We had a large group of senior citizens with us during my job, and they all got discounts. Not to mention the people behind the counter were very personable and helpful to them. Another reason they are high on my rating is because of all the options! Like many pizza buffets, the cooks are always willing to make you whatever you want. However there were so many options that no one needed to make a special request! I tried all of the more unusual flavors of course. My favorite was so awesome that my mouth waters now thinking about it-loaded potato! You just have to try it. The only reason they didn't get a 5 from me is because there were some inconvenient issues with the soda machine and the coffee pot. My grandmother paid for coffee and then was unable to get any before we left. Still love this place! :-) Also please remember I am ranking this for what it is, a buffet. I would leave 0 stars if possible. First of all, way over priced; more than $30 for 2 people. Service wise: kinda felt uncomfortable getting my food because the employees were standing there staring at me, and they were just talking and playing on their phones doing nothing. Food: honestly was terrible, breadsticks were cold and Alfredo sauce for pasta had a plastic like texture. The pizza was decent, and the dessert was ok. Restrooms were not clean at all. I love Barone's but I've only been once since it's been Barone's. It's been a tradition with my family that we go there for lunch every year on my birthday and it's stayed since I was about 8 I think. I'm 18 now. The staff has always been nothing but amazing to me my friends and family. The food is never disappointing. My personal favorite is the chocolate dessert pizza. And the fact that they're reasonably priced makes it all worth your while if you ask me. I just love this place and it will always hold a special place for me no matter what name it has. read more

Brought my family to Barone's to eat pizza as we do sometimes but to my disappointment we were hard pressed to even find any on the bar. When we got there the bar was mostly void of pizza so we took a seat to wait on them to replenish the pizza. And after a longer wait than I anticipated they finally put out a couple of pizzas that disappeared quickly. So we then resorted to ordering the pizzas we wanted and waited again on them. The only reason to compare Stevi B's and Cici's pizza is because they both serve pizza buffet style. That's where the similarities start. Cici's serves cheese and toppings on cardboard for $5. Stevi B's is slightly more but the crust is better and they have "extreme" pizza. Like loaded baked potato pizza. Greek salad pizza-my fave. Mac n cheese pizza. They also have traditional pizza for those that walk the straight and narrow. The salad bar is very nice with lots of veggies to choose from. The desserts and dessert pizzas are delicious. First, know this place is value pizza buffet. I rank value pizza buffet (very) different than other pizza places. As a pizza place, Stevi B's ranks as 1 star (no beer, inferior pizza crust, utilitarian decor, noisy), but as a value pizza buffet I give it 3 stars. Compared to CiCi's, the crust is different (medium thick and bread-like), but not really any better. Slightly better toppings (quality and quantity), but the price difference was not noticeable. I would never 'take-out' from either place (just not worth it). Stevi's has better dessert pizza, any for that they get 1 more star than CiCi's read more

Went to this Stevi B's Pizza Buffet on June 4 2017 was almost 40.00 for 4 people and only water to drink kind of pricey if you ask me, the whole time we was there we had gotten 5 dirty plates that was stacked in with clean, pizza dough was not done and I think they use hunts spaghetti sauce and not pizza sauce. so I thought let me order a pizza it was as bad dough was gummy not done, This has got to be one of the worst pizza places I have ever been to. And the salad bar was bad also had brown lettuce that was old, I will never step foot back in this place they had a hard time keeping the dessert bar up as I think that's all that was fitting to eat....I am seeing if I can stop payment on my card for the meal!!!!!! read more

We went to this place on June 4 with 2 of our grandkids. For the 4 of us we paid 36 dollars and we drank water. If we had gotten soda it would have been 8 dollars more. The pizza crust was doughy and undercooked and the sauce tasted like canned Hunts spaghetti sauce. The salad bar was very small and mostly almost empty. We had to pick up several plates to find a clean one. judging by the number of people there and some of these other reviews, maybe we just went on a bad day but this is one of the most overpriced nastiest places I have ever eaten and I will never go again. read more
