I will never do business with this company again!!!…read more Sometime in August 2016 I took my design to Pacific Metal to have a metal box fabricated for my generator. I told Dimitrie Ljuba I didn't want to spend no more than $600.00 to $650.00 and that I wanted it lite enough that I could pick it up myself and I suggested it be made out of aluminum. A couple of weeks later he said he could make it out of stainless steel and he could make it cheaper. A week later I went back to check on it. Dimitrie said if they made it with regular steal it would be even cheaper. I came back in about two weeks and they lost my plans so I made another set and the next day I took to them. Two weeks later I went back to see if the plans were ok. In late November to my surprise they had not even started building it. Dimitrie said that he was very sorry and that he would make sure that I got a good deal on the price due to having to wait so long. Two weeks later I went back to check to see if the louvers were right. At this time Dimitrie told me it was going to cost about $200.00 more. On December 28 2016 I went to pick up the box. To my surprise the bill was for $1,387.80. I asked him why didn't you call me to tell me it would cost so much more??? He said nothing!!!

We bought a bargain door for $30 and the hubby wanted to change out the 70's gold colored plexiglass in it. (We went to a glass store and it was going to be about $260. Gulp! I liked the retro look of the door, but wasn't prepared for that, after we'd already spent a couple hundred for the frame and threshold). So, our next stop was PP. At first the guy made a joke about having to look in the archives for a piece of retro plexiglass, but score! He found a piece of clear, semi obscured plexiglass that would work. It was going to be about $100 to have five pieces cut to fit the openings of our "project door". Cool beans. We paid for it and about a week later, got a call that our order was ready for pick up. Yay! They have so much more there than just plexiglass pieces. Check them out for any of your plastic needs!
