I explained what I needed done, we set up and time for me to drop off the tractor. Although I had a bit of an issue getting the tractor there upon arrival I was greeted with smiles and positive comments. Bob assigned Kelly, the technician to my little tractor. Kelly diagnosed the issues and set to work correcting the problems. Issue one was the bucket cylinders needed to be rebuilt. There was a kit available but given the age not all the parts fit. Kelly was able to use what fit and clean up what didn't to make it work. With issue one addressed it was on the issue two a hydraulic fluid leak from the rear differential. It took some work to dismantle the attachments to find the leak which turned out to be worn out rubber plug. Kelly replaced the plug and did a complete service on the system. When I picked up the tractor Kelly was there to describe what he had done and provide me with additional information on how to use and maintain the tractor. It is clear he takes pride in his work no matter how small or big the job is. All the people at Pioneer were friendly and professional I would highly recommend them if you have a Kubota tractor or if you are looking to buy on
