CPR was very responsive even though I managed to call after closing on a Friday afternoon. They called, made a time for a carpet cleaning proposal and gave me the name of the estimator. Thankfully I called him on the day because he had his client's numbers and addresses transposed, but he did come out the same day and it was fine. We set the day and and I explained that I don't live at the property that I need the carpet cleaned. He gave me a very reasonable quote and told me the next steps. I got a call the day before the cleaning asking if I could be there earlier because they had a cancellation. I said no as my family life prevents many last minute schedule changes, or getting there early. So, no worries, set for the original time and confirmed. As I was in the car on the way to the property the next day, I got another call from the carpet cleaners sort of pressing me into starting earlier. I said I could be there in 1/2 hour and they showed right up. Thankfully we did start a bit early because it ended up being the hottest day of the year so far and we were all sweating to death. They need to leave the door open for their cleaning equipment. CPR was quick, efficient and clean. My carpets looked great I simply wish they honored the original time without the pressure to change it.

He steam cleaned my tile floors and did a good job. He gave me an estimate on my stall shower. The tile needed cleaning from the waist down, not the entire height of the walls. He said that he'd clean the tile and grout and re-caulk everything. His exact words were "it will look like new"; the price $400.00 (for half a shower). He completely OVER PROMISED. The tile looks OK, the grout is still gray, it doesn't look like new at all. When the caulking he applied came off in strips I called him back. He made an appointment but had to cancel for illness, he said he'd been in an accident a few days before, HE DID'NT CANCEL UNTIL AN HOUR BEFORE HE WAS DUE. I made a second appointment and the morning of, he texted and said he'd put the wrong address in his GPS, HE HAD BEEN HERE THREE DIFFERENT TIMES, so why he was lost is a mystery. I asked if he needed directions, he simply quit responding and never showed up. WHAT A TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS. I really wanted to give him a chance, but in the end I feel that I was ripped off.
