This was the worst move of my life. I've used moving companies to pack and move for me for 10…read moremoves. When they came to pack our stuff, they didn't label any of the boxes except one or two that was labeled in pen (not sharpie) fragile and glass. The one that was labeled glass, didn't even have glass in it. It was food and plastics cups! I'm being charged $1400 for that horrible service. The day of the move, they left stuff in the apartment and had to come back to get it. They were supposed to stop at my parents to pick up a bed before dropping our stuff off at our new home. This was all planned and discussed before the day the move. When they got to my parents they were told they didn't have any room for the bed and couldn't take it. That was extremely inconvenient for our family especially since it was planned ahead of time. We were told that they cannot pick up the bed until sometime next week and that they would move it for a discount. We should not be charged anything for moving the bed. They were supposed to move it the same day as our move, they knew what they were moving so they should've brought 2 trucks if they didn't have room in one truck. So they finally made it to our new house. They unloaded almost all the boxes in the living room, when we were told that because they weren't labeled they would open the boxes to see what was in them and then move them to the appropriate room. That didn't happen! They dropped our bed and ripped the mattress cover. The mattress got very dirty. It's a $5000 mattress! When we opened up boxes, things were just thrown inside, not even wrapped. There were ceramic objects that werent wrapped at all and thrown into a box where they could've easily broken. One of our lamp shades was broken. Basically nothing was organized. Everything was thrown together in unlabeled boxes. I'm very upset with this company. I would never recommend them. They are only crediting us $260 for everything. Stay away!

Before they even arrived, I got a tracking link to follow their location just like Uber, which immediately made me feel at ease. Crisanto and his crew showed up right on time and were incredible. They worked quickly but carefully, wrapping all of my furniture and somehow managing three giant mirrors without a single issue. Not one complaint and not one moment of stress. What really stood out was how above and beyond they went. They helped me figure out which part of my couch would actually fit in my space, laid out my rugs, and organized everything so I could still move around my studio comfortably.
