The maple creemee was incredible -- unbelievably delicious, rich, and perfectly creamy with an authentic maple flavor that completely lives up to the hype. Easily one of the best maple treats you'll find anywhere. The maple syrup tasting was both informative and fun. The staff did a fantastic job explaining the different syrup grades and flavor profiles, and it was fascinating to taste how much they vary. Everything felt fresh, high-quality, and clearly made with care. The grounds themselves are beautiful, especially in winter. With a deep blanket of snow covering the landscape, the farm felt peaceful, scenic, and exactly what you hope for when visiting Vermont in February. If you're anywhere near Montpelier or Barre, Morse Farm Maple Sugarworks is absolutely worth the stop -- for the experience, the views, and one unforgettable maple creemee.

Went out and about and watched an educational video on how they get the sap from the trees. There is some equipment in that same area which is cool to see. It's Very rustic surroundings, you can tell this is where hard work is done. We walked on the trail to see how the hoses run down from the trees to the barn gathering the sap from the trees. Wishing them nothing but the best with their up coming season for their business.

Some of their work is renowned around the U.S., including in DC. I took my parents for a tour and it was such a neat museum, full of the history of both the area and the craft. The docent that was working was really knowledgeable and gave us a great map of the area with sights to see that would have the sculptures and also the quarries. PreCOVID, they do demonstrations of the sculpting. I would love to come back and see that.

I will not order any food there again. there was 5 of us, big bill. The waitress was nice, do not think she had waitressed for long. 2 of out of the 5 have worked in multiple restaurants as cooks and waitresses. Apathetic staff, zero customer service skills...the worst!
