There are multiple class options, however, my favorite is Barre because I feel like the workouts hit every part of my body. I feel so much stronger, and confident about my body than I have in a long time, especially as a woman in my 50s. I love the loud music and the overall vibe--it makes it fun (I often just want to dance lol) and keeps me motivated. Each instructor brings her own vibe and energy, which makes every class different so it is NEVER boring. And you are so busy trying to keep up with the moves (because you are not in any one position for very long) that the class zooms by and you are already finished with an amazing work-out! Boom!
