Joining this community completely changed the way I see fitness. Being surrounded by such strong, inspiring women motivated me to show up, wake up early, and actually feel excited to try. One of my favorite things is the variety of classes. There really is something for everyone, from Latin Sculpt to Barre to Bounce to Mat Pilates and Yoga Strong. Every day I can switch it up depending on how I'm feeling, and that honestly makes me even more excited to go. I've now completed almost 400 classes, and I'm so proud of how far I've come. I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident, and I've also met some truly amazing people along the way. What I love most is that this became more than just a workout class, it became a moment in my day where I could take care of myself and genuinely feel happy while moving my body. I'm moving away this summer, and leaving is bittersweet because this place has meant so much to me. I can honestly say it's so much more than a fitness center, it's a real community. If you're in the area and thinking about trying it, I really recommend giving it a shot. Even if you're someone like me who never thought they'd enjoy working out, you might be surprised by how much you end up looking forward to it.

The classes are powerful, engaging, and incorporate great stretches and breath work at the end. The instructors have fully embraced the new method and have seamlessly transitioned to this new model. Charged my friend for the most expensive membership and didn't tell her. Then after a few months I come back & I signed up for a month membership ( so I thought) but was later informed I signed up for a 3 month student membership. No one told me this, I didn't sign anything, and they told me it was on the contract. After going back & forth they told me they'd cancel my membership without the extra $50 fee. THE NEXT month I was charged $139 again. I called back, was told it was taken care of again and wouldn't be charged. Here I am AGAIN the following month with yet the same $139 charge. DELETE MY account , stop charging me. I had to contact my bank since they don't pick up the phone. Literally blocked them from charging me!! How hard is it to just stop charging an account??? I'm beyond frustrated and I don't usually leave reviews like this. But they have been weird with charges to me and my friends. Watch your bank account.

This one is by far the best. It's well maintained and VERY clean; both out on the floor and in the locker room. The other members are well educated, friendly, and courteous when lifting weights/doing cardio's. Rarely do you hear grunts, groans and dropping weights. The front counter staff are friendly; both coming and going. The trainers are professional and know what they're doing. I like this facility. How often do I go; 7/7 (except for Thanksgiving and Christmas)

This is a very tiny gym. The strength training area is extremely small. It offers no pool or sauna…read more We went for a few years during Covid because they at least tried to keep stuff clean, but quickly stopped afterwards. The inflated price seems to create extremely entitled, mostly older gym-goers, that hoard 4-5 sets of freeweights at a time, and then hold loud 45-minute work calls while monopolizing a cable tower and glaring at anyone who comes close. If you want your routine to take 2 hours to do half as much actual lifting, spend 20 minutes trying to park, and still cost literally 10x as other gyms, then go for it. And hey, at least the locker rooms are clean. Just never try to cancel. They will call, text, email, and otherwise harass you to re-join every 2-3 months for the rest of your life. And no, they do not listen to requests to stop.
