She attracts wonderful and heartfelt teachers who show up fully and pour their heart into every class. Not only is she present, but teaches to empower her community in sharing their light with the world. Her mantras echo throughout my weeks as a guiding anchor of support. They have some wild equipment there on an outdoor astroturf area like a wheeled and weighted pushcart for legs and lower-back and a giant monster-truck tire you could hit with a sledgehammer. In other parts of the country, those things would be considered a job and not something to do at the gym, but ok. One complaint I have is that they strangely had no abdominal machines but one small decline bench hidden under a stairway. I would give them more stars if they extended their free 7-Day Pass promotion to non-residents like me.
