That were in the carriers that they came in and the bottles were clean I rinse them out after emptying because I cannot stand the smell of stale beer and do not want them in the house smelling. I stopped at the front counter where the staff is they see me and know me. I spoke and said I have bottles to return. They greeted me nicely and cordial, and said take them to the back right behind the door, which I've done before. They instructed a young man to go take the bottles. Upon getting to that area. A guy came out and told the young man we don't take bottles this time of day, which was around 6:00 PM EST, we only take bottles between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM? So I said how is that and you sell beer all day, he said well they guy that takes the bottles is not here...I said listen you sell this beer, I bought it here and these bottles are clean if you're thinking that. He said oh no, maybe you don't understand, (apparently I look stupid) I said listen I'm not stupid I heard what you said.

Horrible the lady that work the cashier and lottery is always rude and have an attitude I think she Racist to black people and its not the whole staff it's lady they have employee there won't be coming back there no more and I work around the area when they come to my business I definitely turn her away at both of the gas station the one on 13mile and Woodward and the one by Normandy and Woodward y'all gotta have better customer services....plus I can tell from the other associate there with her she wasn't been friendly or making him Comfortable he literally called her a dumb ass in front of me because she was doing to much and not focusing on her job and when he did try to ask her for help she acted like she couldn't hear him or just blatantly ignore him.... now when I get off I'm stop back by with my wife and imma let my wife handle ur female associate bed I don't argue or fight females.....once again piss poor customer service from this gas station and it always like this. read more
