Cleaner Rosa is a good housekeepers. Owner Kanika is terrible and has poor customer service skills. She'll call and text you 20 times when her cleaner is done and she wants payment, but can't be bothered to confirm your appointment, or call or text you promptly when you need service. She also refuses to let her housekeepers clean based on the homeowner's requests; they are only allowed to stick to a very basic light cleaning for the price. If I need anything not on Kanika's list, she will charge you an extra $100 even if it takes the same amount of time as any other items. I stayed a monthly customer for 2 years because of Rosa (not Kanika) and then when Rosa was on vacation and Kanika was covering for her, Kanika no-showed for my cleaning 2 times in a row! Then she tells me by text, at the last minute, she is no longer able to service my house anymore. No reason and no apology or offer to refer me elsewhere. Unprofessional. read more

We have used this cleaning service twice now and they are FANTASTIC. Some of the things I loved about service are: - They offer a flat rate and it is AFFORDABLE - Affordable doesn't mean they skimp on service. Their work is so thoroughly done. - Booking is easy, non-fussy, and uncomplicated. They don't ask a zillion questions before you can book the service. Some cleaners itemize every little thing. They manage to be thorough without creating more work for us as the customer. - The owner seems to look out for her employees and their needs (as far as I can see). She won't book cleaners super late in the day because she says she wants them to be able to get home to there families. As a soon to be new mom I 100% respect and appreciate this. - The two cleaners we met were super nice, easy going, and professional. I am really disappointed in my service with this company, especially after seeing so many great reviews. It makes wonder where they really came from. I was going to do regular service, but was charged $250 for a deep clean that barely touched a regular service. The maid came in reeking of Marijuana smoke and spent most of the time she was cleaning also on her phone. She missed most of the dusting, didn't clean around the edge where the sink meets counter, didn't clean along the tile edge of shower where there was dust build up. When I cleaned it, it easily came off with a tooth brush. She also leaves the water running the entire time she's cleaning a room, rather than shutting it off in between rinsing her rag. This is soooo wasteful, especially when we have a water shortage and she would spend 45 minutes with it on. I was in disbelief. read more

I needed to find cleaners after moving everything from my sister's house whom had just passed that she had been living in for almost 10 years. Holly came in and did about 80% of the job and Kannika came and did a job on the refrigerator! The only suggestion I have to be specific on exactly what you need, like if they need to clean ovens, refrigerator, etc.. so they can come prepared. For example, I needed the grout cleaned where 3 boys shared a bathroom for 9 years......3 BOYS! They did the best they could, but if we had the conversation up front, I'm sure Kanika would of told me if that was something they could not do. I was disappointed with the service mainly. The owner was supposed to come to my home the day of the cleaning to give me a price but did not show up, nor did she let me know she wasn't coming. She sent a housekeeper who was in my home for 5 hours cleaning. I had just moved in about a month prior and the home is brand new construction. It was not dirty. The housekeeper missed several things however (didn't vacuum closets for example), and let me know she was paid by the hour so the longer it took, the more she was paid. I didn't even have any photos or art on the walls yet to dust. I'd prefer a flat price. The owner never followed up with me to ask for feedback or check on my level of satisfaction with the cleaning. I was told blinds were considered deep cleaning and would be extra. I'd never heard of that and have been employing housekeepers for 25 yrs. On a positive note, the owner was a good communicator up front and flexible with scheduling my day and time. read more

Kanika and team are fast, more thorough than other cleaning services I've used prior, and are consistent in their work. I've received full rental deposits back, thanks to how well they have cleaned. I was thankful to get a last minute cleaning appointment, but very dissatisfied with the work. Only one cleaner showed up for my 4b/3ba house which I think is too big for one person to clean and do a good job. It seems the bare minimum was done. I could tell items on dressers/tv stands were not moved when dusted. The sweeping of the floors was done very poorly and I don't even think she mopped the bathroom floors (or at least did a very poor job). I had to re-clean my house when she left. We have had other individuals clean our house, they can be unreliable and sometimes criminal. Stealing anything from beer to large amounts of water. Hired to clean after we moved out of our rental. Its a 4 bedroom, 2000sq ft home. The lady was done within 45 min, so i was skeptical. I went by and she hadnt cleaned out any of the appliances, walls, or inside the drawers. These are things I thought would be included in a deep clean/move out clean. Kanika was very responsive & offered to come help clean out the fridge. The other lady agreed to clean out the oven, but both were sure to mention that those things are usually not included in a move-out cleaning. It took 2 times to get the fridge clean enough, some of which I did... Our landlord then noticed the drawers had not been wiped clean. We asked Kanika to come back. She agreed to come by for 15 min to do all the drawers, but we had to help again... Kanika refused to spot-clean the walls, so I had to do that as well. I guess we have different ideas of what a "deep-clean" means. I was disappointed to have paid $350 and still having to put in some of the labor myself. I am slow in my updating my review. Kanika has now cleaned our home twice. Her first visit to start cleaning I had literally gone into surgery days before. I thought maybe I'd feel as if I was "in her way", kanika was so kind, sweet, very thourgh and I did not feel like I was in her way. She has done my home twice and she's coming tomorrow. Kanika has cleaned for us for a few years now, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She consistently goes above and beyond - rescheduling when we needed flexibility, completely dismantling and reassembling our baby's high chair in order to give it the most thorough clean, and independently seeking out the best products for maintaining our 100 year old hardwood floor. Her work would be worth five stars on quality alone, but she's also an incredibly kind person.
