I booked with this company super last minute and random , someone from the company reached back out immediately, she asked the square foot of my apartment, what I wanted done , and got me situated. Marissa did an amazing job !!, if I felt like she missed something , she was more than happy to fix it , I think this this company would benefit from Maybe providing their cleaners with a check list related to the service that way the cleaners and the customer know what they're supposed do, this can also help avoid any possible issues of people asking for a service they didn't pay for , I also wasn't happy about reaching out to add a service to my booking and no one following up with me. I will just have to add that as a different service for another time , I will definitely book again in the near future . My wife and I are not wealthy, we are not Karen's. We decided to splurge and have a deep clean for our house. We have had this booked now for about a month and have been so excited. We were quoted over $300 for a deep clean, blinds, baseboards, everything including a walk through at the end. Our cleaner was very nice and was here on time. She stayed for less than 4 hours. Did not do a walk through and once we looked over things we noticed a deep cleaning was not done. I called and they sent the same cleaner back who was visibly upset and on the phone with her boss talking and my wife and I were very uncomfortable with this. We would pay them for the services they did but felt like $330 was not warranted for the cleaning that was done. Once she left a second time, I called again to tell them I was still not satisfied and would not like to pay for a cleaning that was obviously not a deep clean. The best they could do was take $28 off and before the phone call ended wished us luck with any other cleaning company we went with next. I am so disappointed and sad at how we were treated and how our house was left. I do not recommend this company for a deep clean and hope they put customers first in the future. warning!!!! do not use this service!!!!! i hired them to clean a rental property on 06/23/25 to perform a deep cleaning . i was told that 2 cleanwrs would come and do the job. this was not true ...only one oerson showed up!! the house was not cleaned!! the light switches hand grime and fingerprints on it, the floors were not swept or mopped, the cupboards were nit cleaned, the master shower wasnt even touched!! the kitchen floors were littered with trash and debris!! the ceiling fans ...all 3 were full of black hanging dust!! they get you buy paying i. advance!! the owner said sge would send the sane girl back to finish the job...really??? they didn't even have a ladder or high duster to even clean the fans!! i tried asking for a refund, but was told no. im going to sue them for failing to perform and breach of contract!! warning fo not use them!! this company is not a quality service!! they don't know the meaning of clean!! do not use them!! the owner is soft spoken , but don't let that fool you!! do not use this business!! run!!: THIS COMPANY SHOULD CONSIDER CHANGING THEIR NAME TO " DIRTY WORK"!! The service started out well, but ended very badly. What was supposed to be an 2 hour job ended up taking about 4 hours. Cleaner had to come back the next day (which I was charged for), to finish the job. She ended up in an argument with my elderly father, which is just unacceptable and unprofessional. She was also dishonest as she gave the agency a very different version of things. So there was no accountability by the agency. The cleaner was not very professional from the start as she immediately offered future services with her directly rather than the agency. Read below for full story. I asked for deep cleaning of my parents kitchen and dining room floor. As an elderly couple, the floor a hasn't been properly cleaned and had a good layer of dirt. I wanted a good professional cleaning, so I could better maintain it. The cleaner that arrived was a nice older woman. I did think maybe more than one person would come, but I then understood why they booked 2 hours. Minutes after she arrived she told me she would give me a flyer so I could contact her directly instead of going through the agency and that she would charge cheaper. Already that gave me a bad taste. I get people try and hustle, but to me that's dishonesty. She then scrubbed the entire floor. She worked hard and used a lot of a powder cleaner, and then mopped. 3 and half hours later, the floor looked much better, but it had this white residue all over it. So there was still cleaner/soap on the floor. When we stepped on it, the residue got on our socks and shoes. And it looked very dull or opaque. So I was concerned that she had scrubbed the shine or wax of the floor. She told me that it just needed another mopping and that mop and glow would fix it. And that my floor was old. (Basically telling us to finish the job). She also offered to stay but she needed another mop because hers was full of cleaner. And that if she had to go out and get a new one, it would come out of her pocket. She quoted me $70 to come back and finish (going through her and not the agency). At this point I wanted her to leave so we could use our kitchen, but I felt that the job should be finished. She left and I called the agency. I shared my concerned about the shine, that I felt the job wasn't completed and text them images. Their resolution was that they were not going to charge me for the extra time spent that day, but I would have to pay extra for her come out again and finish. They took no responsibility for the loss of shine/wax from the floor because they "are not floor specialist" and "all they do is clean". I very hesitantly agreed to have her come back to finish the next day. That was mistake number 2. She came back the next day, half hour late. She was very apologetic and I told her not to worry, and that I hoped once the cleanser was fully removed it would look better. I was happy to see it was looking better. I had to step away, and just asked if she could wait a bit to see if once the floor dried the residue would be gone. As it might need one more run through with the mop. She said sure. My parents stayed in the home. My parents are both over 80 yrs old. My mom had dementia, and my dad is 5 food 2 and hard of hearing (the relevance to this will make sense shorty). I called my father later to see how it went and if she had left. He proceeded to tell me that she got upset and yelled at him. My dad said he told her that she should have removed the plastic sink mat before dumping the dirty water. According to my father, she got angry he had stepped on the floor, and she started speaking very angrily to him, practically yelling. She then said she was leaving, abruptly grabbed her stuff and left. She gave the agency an entirely different version, saying it was my father who approached her very aggressively and that she was "scared". Which is almost comical if you saw my father. He might have sounded loud because of his hearing issues, and might have been trying to get her to stop pouring dirty water over the mat. What I think happened is that she was already not happy about having to come back, and may have mistook my father's loud voice for yelling. But regardless of the details, this whole interaction was so unprofessional, and uncomfortable. To yell at an elderly man is not how you handle a situation. Needless to say I would never recommend this agency let alone the cleaner. read more

I am extremely happy with my cleaners Jasmine and her team! They were extremely sweet and THOROUGH. I hired the company for a Move out clean. I still had a few items that I was moving out while they had began to clean. They were very understanding and we even bonded over the music I was playing on my phone. They literally stayed all day to make sure everything was spotless for my scheduled walk through with my landlord the following day! I have already recommended the company to others and will continue to do so. You can tell that they love what they do, and I definitely feel they went above and beyond for me. read more

Capital City cleaned my brother in laws home yesterday and they did such a wonderful job. It was for a deep clean service, and afterwards the house was so clean. Josh and Robert are the team that did our cleaning. They were very friendly and nice. When we went in the area they were cleaning to get something or do something they were very accommodating. We did not feel like we were disrupting them. Jasmine did the initial walk thru, she was also very thorough, detailed and friendly. Everything I asked for was done. They even cleaned our artificial plants and there are quite a lot of them. I will definitely be hiring them to clean the house on a monthly basis. I highly recommend them. read more
