Giving two stars because the furniture has been returned, hence I have lost only labor cost and fabric, not my furniture. The owner promised to fix the chair, offered discounts but of course, right now is not responding. PO BOX ONLY business.

I only got back 1 small piece of one of my fabrics... oh well.... but did pay fee on the pick up end to start...Dana appears to be the person to deal with. Ask questions, take notes and screen shots of fabrics you are settling on...check your fabrics when they come in prior to work being done to be sure it's what you ordered.

We were the GC on the project and we commissioned them to take our wooden carcass and add the padding and the REAL Black Genuine Leather in a diamond tufted pattern. We had him add more and more padding on the bottom to make the guests set in the banquette- not ontop of it (if you know about them - you understand what Im saying) we raised the front so the guests hind legs would be snug and the seat would never want to be vacated (the restaurant also does bottle service)! Zoron and team worked around the clock to deliver the most beautiful and soft and comfortable banquettes that i personally have ever sat in ! The quality was impeccable throughout the entire 4200 LF of banquette. We also had his team clad panels that were installed under the bar along the entire facing of (2) main bars in the restaurant as well as 100 12"x12" wall decor panels! Each item produced was superior quality. I highly recommend this Upholstery company to anyone who needs anything done from a small job to a massive one because they did not disappoint this GC and Im pretty hard to impress!

BEWARE. I contacted this company for a new slipcover for my 90" sofa (with one long bench cushion)…read moreand provided the dimensions and details upfront. They gave me a written estimate of $225-$475. Based on that estimate, I paid $50 for an in-home consultation. The person they sent was a super nice, dog loving guy, but I'm honestly not sure why he came as he didn't even take measurements and we spent the entire time chatting about dogs. Their final quote? $2,600 PLUS fabric: $2,200 for the slipcover and $400 for pickup/delivery. No other professional I contacted said the sofa needed to leave my home. It's a slipcover. While he was here, I also asked for an estimate to replace a tiny 8.5" x 1.2" strip of veneer missing from one small leg of a standard teak console. Again, no measurements. Their quote was $560-$640 PLUS $450 pickup/delivery - potentially $1,090 for one tiny strip of veneer. The same thing happened to the other side of this console a couple of years ago, and I had it professionally repaired for $150. The repair person simply brought the repaired panel back. There was no need to haul away the entire console. For the sofa, I've received quotes of approximately $675 and $875 plus fabric elsewhere. Even Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, a luxury furniture company, quoted approximately $1,440 INCLUDING Sunbrella fabric. And here's the best part: this company actually told me to ask ChatGPT and I'd see that their pricing was fair. So I did. I gave ChatGPT the sofa measurements and the specific sofa, which it found online. Its assessment? Their price was extraordinarily high for a replacement slipcover. So, thanks for the suggestion! If your prices are that high, be transparent about them upfront. Don't give potential customers a $225-$475 range and then charge them $50 to discover the real number. Save your $50 and get estimates elsewhere. I even posted pictures of the furniture so you could see for yourself.
