They gave no excuse, insisted their work was error free and accepted no responsibility for any of their mistakes. I had to have the state correct the quarterlies because they would not do it! They left us paying $1300 in fines and penalties! They did not offer to help pay any of it, even though 100% of the mistakes were their fault.
