I explained to him that losing my license would be sacrificing my career and he met me where I was at with that fight and I will be forever grateful. But please do keep in mind. Every variable in every situation is subject to being different and also note that I stated I hadn't been in any legal trouble before which helped and worked to my advantage as well as the time I spent superseding what was asked of me and I also have no history of substance abuse. On at least 4 occurrences I took time off work to sit in the court room until I called and was notified by his friendly staff that my hearing had been postponed. This should have been a red flag to his poor service. This assumption was confirmed when almost 3 years after purchasing his services he claimed I had not paid his fee in full. I was unable to find a receipt of my final payment due to the length of inactivity. I did provide an email he sent stressing I must pay at our 1st court appearance, which is when I paid him the 2nd installment if the legal fee. His kimd staff even confirmed that the office had changed their account management system sometime after the first court date. He continued to give a false sincerity until I chose to refuse his suggestion of a plea deal for a DUI that we have proven I was not intoxicated during. Communication pretty much ceased until today when I recieved notice he has dropped my case. He has done zero work on this case and it seems I was being extorted for more money. A competent attorney would resolve a simple dui case within 3 years and also have the ability to manage his billing practices.

Obviously they could have said this 2 1/2 weeks sooner and avoided the negative post, but for some reason they decided to ignore me twice. I did contact our local Congressman Mr. Barry Loudermilk and his staff made inquiries 'higher up' they said and the funds were returned with no delay, getting to me Monday 4/8/19 and the $ is now deposited in a financial institution 2 blocks from that stupid Canton Sun Trust Bank.
