Our food took a very long time to arrive, while several European customers who arrived after us were served first. The wait was frustrating. What upset us the most was seeing another group arrive later and request a table in the exact area we had asked for. This time, the staff immediately moved a table from inside to accommodate them--something they had refused to do for us. It made us feel that we were treated differently. When I tried to raise my concerns with the staff, I was told not to complain. That response was unacceptable.
