After greeting the Hostess, I got a comfy chaise in a shaded nook, took off the "shackles" of the every day, sprayed myself thickly with sun screen and joined the folks in the pool. Conversation and community is what was shared. No one was judged by size or weight, no one was preyed upon and that is what makes this place -very- comfortable. If you enjoy being in your own skin, come down to the pool party for ladies every Wednesday - ladies free, Gents are $20. There are foam parties once a month.

We're used to Ginnie Springs or similar parks so this was new to us. I'm giving it 4 stars bc the owner, Jeff and the residents were friendly. The camp sites were clean, offered power, sewer and water and was very quiet. We didn't see a lot of families but it's towards the end of summer so didn't expect to. There are 3 bathrooms/showers. We only used the ones at the pool area and they were nice. The pond has a lot of brim, bass and more for catch and release. They offer kayaks and canoes to use anytime before dusk. After passing by other campgrounds that we saw on google I think we'd definitely stay here again. It's literally a 5 minute drive to Weeki Wachee too!
