I checked in as the days got closer and they said they were confident they would have a carrier for my car. I even called the day before since I hadn't heard anything and they explained that it was completely normal to wait until the day-of collection to hear anything and they were confident that someone will be in touch. Well, those critical 3 days came and went. I left voicemails but heard nothing until several days AFTER the window (when I'd already flown to the destination). By this point, I was already at the destination without my car. tl;dr: Graham Family Auto Transport turned out to be unreliable and left me stranded without my car. I regret using their service. I'd recommend you find someone else to move your car.

The owner, Victor, immediately put my mind at ease with the professionalism and kindness in our conversation. He took on the pick up himself even though he had an early start the next morning and my daughter's flight was delayed numerous times, arriving later than expected in the evening. Victor even walked in to great her at the airport, help her with luggage, texted us updates, and walked her into the hotel to make sure she was with her team.
