I found his gym via yelp and their Facebook page (which is set up as an individual and not a company page, therefore all info isn't visible unless you are friends) I'm not sure why one would set up a company page that way but at any rate.... We drove and drove and finally ended up at the destination provided on both yelp and their Facebook page. The address listed brings you to a HOUSE in a residential neighborhood in Fajardo! We then called to ask for directions. She told us to "Look for Pizza Hut in Fajardo" and they're located close to there. We asked her to verify their address. Again, she mentions being "near Pizza Hut." Those directions were SO confusing!! We opted to turn around and leave and workout on the beach instead!! I gave it 2 stars... For the lack of interest helping potential customers and for the inaccurate address listed online.

I contact the company via the website on the contact (that's the only way you can cancel). Waited quite a while for a response. Requested more proof documentation by the company which was sent right after the request email was sent to me. Waited some more time. Received another email stating I was cancelled but had to pay a cancellation fee plus another month of membership (which they don't use your original contact date they use the date they finally complete the response to you to give them more time and money). I requested where to send the funds to multiple times with no response. Then started receiving emails that I broke contract and never cancelled. DO NOT EVER EVEN CONSIDER USING ANY HCOA FACILITIES. Read reviews as you will often see others with this same experience.

Just changed owners, so exercise floor has branch new machines and new plates/etc. and just added 24 hour access to weight room. I've been coming here for a year, and the new equipment and 24 hours is a big upgrade
