I found this frustrating because that was not the reason I contacted the business and I had never expressed an interest in becoming a tenant. I understand that Barrister is in the business of renting executive office space, but an inquiry concerning someone who uses their location should not automatically turn into repeated sales calls. My experience would have been much better if my original reason for contacting the office had simply been addressed and my telephone number had not been treated as a sales lead. Based on my experience, I think Barrister should do a better job distinguishing between people calling with legitimate inquiries about businesses or professionals at its location and prospective customers who are actually interested in renting office space.

Somehow the rental document she signed enrolled her in a continuous billing arrangement which she wasn't told about! After seeing these new charges, we found out we had to cancel the agreement in their website to stop any further billing. Regus is now threatening her for late payment on the third month since she cancelled her card and are disputing the charges. It is maddening that there is no customer support number to call. Their website is infuriating to navigate, their "Community Team" is not helpful, and they haven't responded to any of our direct questions about why she was signed up and billed in the first place for the 2 extra months SHE NEVER WANTED OR AGREED TO!!!! Presenting an attractively priced unit, confirming interest, and then quickly claiming it is no longer available -- only to redirect potential renters to significantly more expensive options -- strongly resembles a bait-and-switch tactic. Whether this is a pattern or not, the experience felt misleading and highly unprofessional. Renters are making major financial decisions, and this type of conduct erodes trust. If you are considering working with Inbal Ben, I strongly recommend extreme caution. Verify availability in writing and do not assume that advertised listings are genuinely obtainable.
