Modern design, nice thick walls so neighbors can't hear the voices from my countless zoom calls, and the best part is the great customer service! Brittany was able to work with me on move-in dates and onboarding was very smooth and organized. She also helped me troubleshoot a billing issue that was resolved very easily. Lila and Joseph, who both run the front desk and office, are not only very capable in supporting my office needs, but are lovely people that I enjoy seeing everyday. I was shopping around for a space to conduct my business and have clients come in for consultations with ease. I spoke with Libby Marquis on the phone who initially persuaded me to come in and take a look for myself. Everything she explained to me through the phone was exactly how I pictured it and more! I was so impressed and most importantly HAPPY that I was able to get all the information given to me upon arrival. Unfortunately, the spaces available were a little too excessive for what I need at the moment, but as soon as there is one available with the right floor plan they will inform me. I applied to Barrister as a front desk receptionist, I got an interview (I think it went well) and that was that. I had emailed Emma, asking about how long it could would take for me to potentially hear back about a second job, she replied to my email. No issues with that. When the time came, I emailed her asking for a follow up about where I stand in the hiring position. Keep in mind by this point I knew I didn't get the job, but I emailed Emma just as a virtual confirmation to know that I did not get the job. She never replied to my email! It has been weeks and she never replied. I eventually found out someone else was hired. I was upset BECAUSE my email was ignored. Not because I did not get the job, but because she had a week to reply to my email and tell me "I am sorry you did not get the job" or something similar to that, but no. She didn't even bother to reply with a simple sorry no or "sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I was in the dark about the job for a week. For A WEEK Miss. Emma did not reply. When she clearly had the time and chance to respond back with something. This really upset me because it just shows the lack of professionalism she has as well as the company has when it deals with communication; communicating with their workers, clients and potential hires. The lack of professionalism from that company is very evident. I'm glad I didn't get the job there, if they couldn't disclose with me the status of my application who knows what else they wouldn't tell me if I worked there.

Key fobs and access cards give you the sense of privacy and security. If you become a Gold Member, you'll have access to all SPACES locations across the planet. They said "too bad you made a mistake but we are still charging you for 24 months." I blocked all transfers from my bank and now they're threatening legal action. I was let in remotely to check out the vacant rooms. They made the whole process very easy. They even let u split the initial deposit in between the first two months!!! Once I moved in I asked if I could build a booth and change some windows and they said they didn't have a problem! Also they have 24/7 access, central air, security cameras everywhere, and they have a number u can call if u need to adjust the air. At first it was a little challenging to get the temp right in my room but Brad the maintenance guy put a temp monitor in my room and it is the perfect temp now. Also shout out to Marleen from the lockout staff she always makes sure my ac is scheduled and set properly. They have clean bathrooms, WiFi and controlled access to the building. I don't see myself going anywhere else anytime soon! Love you guys!

I am extremely disappointed with how ReadySpaces handled my account…read more I enrolled in AutoPay and was under the impression that my rent payments would be processed automatically. Instead, the first payment did not process as expected. I later discovered that the late fee had initially been removed, only to be added back after more than a month. It took approximately six weeks for management to review what should have been a straightforward issue. During that time, I repeatedly followed up and waited for an answer. After all that, the manager, Jose, refused to waive the late fee, despite the circumstances surrounding the AutoPay setup and payment processing. This was my first payment, and I acted in good faith believing AutoPay was active. The following month's payment processed automatically, reinforcing my understanding that AutoPay was enabled. The issue is not just the amount of the late fee--it's the lack of accountability, poor communication, and the excessive delay in resolving a simple customer service matter. Rather than acknowledging the confusion and providing a one-time courtesy waiver, ReadySpaces chose to place the entire burden on the customer. I expected professionalism, fairness, and reasonable customer service. Instead, I experienced: * Over six weeks waiting for a decision. * Conflicting handling of the late fee (removed, then reinstated). * Refusal to provide a reasonable one-time courtesy adjustment. * Poor communication and an unwillingness to take responsibility. I cannot recommend ReadySpaces based on my experience. If you are considering renting from this company, be aware that customer service may not be there when issues arise, even for first-time customers acting in good faith.

You have no idea how hard it is to carry on a conversation with an important client when there's a screaming baby right next to you. Synergy's website for scheduling is absolutely stellar, the offices are clean and well appointed - Judy the office manager is wonderful too. I have zero complaints!
