Any issue we've had gets solved within minutes. We need to be in the office by 5am most days, and that's never once been a problem. Access and security have been reliable the whole time. We started out in a smaller office and as we grew we moved a couple of times over the year until we landed on the right fit for our needs. Management made every one of those transitions smooth and handled everything along the way. Marina and the ladies at the front desk are a friendly face every single morning and will do anything to help. Little things like bagels every Wednesday morning, the place always smelling great, and the cleaning staff keeping everything spotless. You can tell they genuinely care about the people here. The common areas are beautiful and well designed, the building itself is stunning, and it just feels good walking in every morning knowing this is our office. We even recorded a podcast in one of their studios and it came out completely professional. Overpriced, noisy, bogus charges. Bad experience overall…read more Office walls are paper thin, it's very loud through out and all day long. I was clear with the lease agent that I do podcasting and need a quiet office. "We've never had a noise issue" I was told. I should have asked the neighbors, they would have attested to how loud it is. I couldn't get any of my core duties done. They charge excessive fees, will hold your deposit for 60 days when normal is 18 days in CAL. Bottom line it's an over priced space. I also got charged $200 for cleaning a tiny 10 x 10 office that was perfectly clean when I left. They charged me anyway because "they can, it's in your contract"! That's their attitude once you are bound by contract. Just don't judge this book by it's cover, it isn't what it seems at this Westlake Village Location. Nice entry, but once you are in you are stuck! As with most leasing agents they are all smiles and sound accommodating, but after the contract is inked, that all ends. There are better locations in town where you get a lot more, there's more flexibility, quieter and they aren't greedy like Premier was with me. Date of experience: December 30, 2022

Most importantly, the dynamic duo of Ashley and Ashley make Studio a wonderful place to be.
