However, the money hunger corporate office is difficult to deal with. Besides overcharging my company and sending threatening emails regarding suspending services, they are never or very slow to respond to email. They have no customer relations skills at all so, don't look for it. I have been at the center long before Regus which, would mean I have been there 14 years. My wife has asked me to move my mail-only service, which I pay $I45.00 per month. Just for handing mail, not returning phone calls, or personally interacting with customers. My wife frequently tells me it is far too much just for mail, which is very true. I guess I am just a creature of habit. During the pandemic months, everyone knows things were challenging for most business owners, big or small. We never got a sympathetic email or note. All we get is the threatening suspension of mail service and late fees. The corporate offices are in Texas, but what do you expect from a place like Texas where they argue over wearing a mask. I would not rent an office for Regus to save my life. They hire good people but can't keep them for very long. There are plenty of better options. So, just remember don't associate the people in Corporate with the very nice people who work in the Center two different experiences.

No wonder there was nobody working in those offices. They trick and sell $300 $400 or so a month one year lease to stupid people but then they realize that don't need these offices. Better pay $1,000 a month for huge office and $50 internet which you can lease to other and have a free rent than go with Regus crooks. Their co-working is a joke. Jerry Lopez who tried to pressure me into leasing an office is the most dumb rep I ever seen. He sent different contract each time trying to trick me to pay and spammed my email. Phone blocked emails reported as spam. If something seems to be too good to be true it probably is. Many are looking for cheap office Regus and catches them by their bait and switch tactics treats them with utmost disrespect, sells them nothing because they think you are stupid and poor if looking for a cheap office. And you will be more stupid and poor if deal with Regus. If you want Regus for google maps or yelp exposure realize that there are tons of other businesses registered in that same address and it will not be in your favor. Better pay $60 a month and get virtual office. Search little longer and you'll find it. Be creative instead of going with first choice which pops up on your face as Regus scans everywhere.

I was physically present THREE times. Three. The only thing I did was move their filthy, dirt-stained furniture around so I didn't have to look at it. They knew they were dirty because they magically "replaced" them once I said something. Why were they even presented to me in that condition? Then -- AND THIS IS THE BEST PART -- I am now being charged over $1,200 to "return the office to normal." Normal FROM WHAT? I barely breathed in there. If anything I improved the space. I should be sending THEM an invoice. Now let's discuss the parking situation, which feels like some kind of social experiment. The woman at the call box seems to have a personal vendetta against customer service. She managed to leave a lasting negative impression on a CLIENT of mine in less than 30 seconds because my access card wasn't working. Spoiler alert: it wasn't working because the office forgot to activate it. And yet I got the attitude. Absolutely unreal. This building is the embodiment of paying premium prices for Costco sample-level quality. Called in before going to see what the co-work situation was like, I believe I spoke with the owner who invited us over, and gave us a complimentary visit to use their space for the day, since it was a holiday and not super busy. The studio itself is very artsy, and just a block from hermosa beach. There are some conference rooms, some private working spaces and some open working spaces. They have free Wi-Fi and It was fairly quiet. They also have a coffee/tea machine and some complimentary snacks if you have a membership with them. The service was great, as every interaction we had with the owner/manager was superb. He even came in to check in with us to see how our visit was going and introduced us to all their various locations and their vibes. The parking can be tough since it's so close to the beach, you have to be lucky to find a spot, which fortunately, I was! Inside the building, the elevators are interesting - it has a touch screen and you can only go to the 10th floor where the wework space is (the other floors, I assume, you need a card to scan to get to). No idea what's on the other floors - I assume billionaires' lairs, but who knows. The floor itself is very modern. The office space we rented had 4 desks and was about 6-7 feet wide and maybe 10 feet deep? There's glass between each of the offices but it's clouded over so you're not staring into the office next to yours. Sound was mostly quiet except when the guy in the next office took a very loud video call right behind where I was sitting. The floor has AC (phew!) and the cafe space provides free coffee and tea and on-tap kombucha and seltzer. The cafe space has lots of cute seating areas, snacks for purchase, some games, etc. Very spacious and nice views of LAX. Bathrooms were okay - nothing fancy, self flushers didn't all work. Overall we had a nice 'in the office' day here. A little pricy but seemed to be pretty on par with the price for other rental offices in the area. Loved the kombucha; wish parking was free or validated.
