The point of gaining multiple bids is to secure the best candidate at the best price. Cammarata then brought back a revised the bid to be $1.00 less than what should have been the winning bid. When it comes to needing help to resolve an issue that is within the community, he rarely responds to his clients. He is haughty, arrogant and condescending and I would not consider using this company ever. P.S. I feel sorry for those who have entrusted their homes to this company. Most of the reviews here have been pretty accurate and true to what our community went through before a new Board finally fired Cammarata.
