This Lawn Service has restored the best look in 3 years. Previous lawn services never cut evenly or trimmed and edged fully. I have no idea how Charlie does his work so professionally but my lawn is starting to look like it's Kentucky Blue Grass not St Augustine grass. That's pretty damn hard to do. Charlie is a magician. He came on-time and walked the entire property and came up with a game plan that made sense to my wife and I. We love Charlie!!! He has done such good work in our back and front yards. He has really transformed our space and has offered many good suggestions on how we could improve things from different plants, to rock and mulch arrangements, to fixing our ailing drip system. Charles did a clean-up of the yard on his first visit. I was very impressed with the work he did on the backyard. Leaves had piled up and been forgotten between the hedges, and the vines along the fence had started to look a little like something out of Jumanji. He took care of all of that and more. They charge $600 to pull vines off a wall and cut 4-5 tree limbs. You're better off buying your own equipment and doing it yourself even if you have to take it in stages. read more

I contacted Charlie to help maintain the yard of a rental property that I owned in Camarillo. He came up with a fair price, and got to work cleaning the yard up. He not only did a great job of getting the yard cleared, he contacted me when he became concerned about activities of the tenants. Charlie did a fantastic job on my yard. It was in some severe need of cleaning up. With all the rain earlier in the year, it was full of weeds galore and some other vines had run wild. Charlie was prompt with answering the phone, to coming by to give a quote to arriving on the day of the scheduled service. I have been hesitant to write a review.. I called and got a phone quote after texting pictures to the owner right away. I was quoted 300-400 dollars and received a email invoice for $400. We had set up a date and time which he did show on time... the work was rushed and sloppy. I had to supervise the entire job asking him to further trim and clean out area. I have a very small front yard and interior court yard. He did not haul any of the green waste. He was supposed to pull out small fruit trees but said he didn't want to damage irrigation so he just sawed them off. I was appalled at his lazy ness! The irrigation was drip and easily avoided. I had to ask him to please remove. He was supposed to remove two other plants but I said never mind.... I just wanted him gone! During his horrid job he kept saying how he had 30 yrs experience.. omg really? Do not use this company. Maybe for a mow or trim but other than that go somewhere else .. btw I had to hire another man and he did such a beautiful job I was in tears of joy!! read more

He showed up early on the day he schedule my service and did an outstanding job. He claimed he has been in this business for 29 years and it showed in the final result as well as his knowledge on how to maintain my plants. He also assisted with a sprinkler system that was already installed, prior purchasing the house. I wish I would have contacted Charlie the first time. I highly recommend Charlie. read more
