We began with Brian at Precise Lawn Services over 6 years ago when we bought this home from our…read moreson. Our son also employed Precise as his lawn maintenance company - so have we done business with Precise for two generations? The quality of the work is excellent and the prices are reasonable. They are always here when they say they will be, weather permitting, and they catch up after a weather miss promptly. Our agreement includes periodic shrub trimming and I never have to ask for it to be done; they take care of the shrubs as needed and our landscaping always looks good. I have twice contracted major tree work through Precise and both times the subcontractor performed admirably and the cost was reasonable. I recently had all the screens replaced on my screen room and asked Brian to have his guys be particularly careful not to damage screen with line trimmers and they have followed my wishes. When I ask for extra work, such as annual hurricane cuts on my several palm trees, Precise performs the work expertly and, again, at reasonable prices. I have no complaints about Precise Lawn Services and highly recommend them. I have set up automatic payment of the monthly fee through my credit union, so I never have to think about lawn and landscaping. Brian and his crew keep my place always looking nice. What more could I ask for?

He went to several nurseries and sent many pictures of the type of plants we wanted. Told him what we wanted and he was back the next day with his crew and installed the many plants we decided on. They did a great job.The next day he came back and installed irrigating system for our plants Matt is very easy to work with and quite meticulous awlays shows up when promised. Pricing was very good. Only around 3 of them returned a message. 1 of them said he'd check out the house and give me an estimate and didn't. For about five days. But MATHEW, that guy is another level of hustle and hard work. He called me back within seconds. He was polite and friendly. He said "I'll give you an estimate shortly." He drove to my house immediately (not close to where he was.) And called me from there -- yeah this is price: when can I start? And 12 hours later -- a quarter of an acre of yard looked brand new. He came to the home and walked the property asking what I was looking for and what my concerns with the previous company was. He felt like more of a "friend" than a hired vendor. They were hired for weekly maintenance and a one time clean up of the back property line that had been neglected by the prior hire for years. The work is amazing.
