I hired Mitchell's Painting to paint the garage door and apply polyurethane UV protection coatings on my main entrance wood door and metal side gates. Jonathan really took his time to tape up the area and prep the surfaces so the paint and polyurethane coats adhere properly. After Jonathan applied the first coat of UV polyurethane on the main entrance wood door, he was not satisfied with the result (the sheen reflection was not uniform due to my own lousy painting attempts in previous years). So he went and got a spray gun and re-sand/reapplied the polyurethane to his liking. The door now looks like new. This perfectionist attitude is seldom seen and is much appreciated.

I have mixed feelings about this company. I ordered Custom cabinets back in mid September and there…read morehas been Lack of clear communication regarding layout and design. Lack of follow for correction of a cabinet drawer that is not even or even secure to the main cabinets. The cabinets were not painted in certain areas properly. Hector did not show up on time to make a correction as promised, and then he called me while I was driving to work. I understand if you're going to be late so communication is key. I have taken videos and sent them to his manager Antonio and Hector with no response. Hector came once to make the paint adjustments and to realign the drawer. The paint was fine, however the adjustment of the drawer was subpar. Other than that cabinets are well-made and beautiful. I still want the drawer repaired because it is not mounted properly and uneven. My general contractor, who is doing other things to my bathroom, pointed these imperfections out to me. Please see videos and pictures. Again my intent is not to ruin someone's business, but there's a lack of communication lack of follow up and some areas of lack of quality.
