The top half was broken badly and when he examined it properly he said that it couldn't be repaired. Since it was the front door we were really stuck, but he jumped in and gave a reasonable quote and made an entirely new top half which fit perfectly, and had it ready by 5pm. Hinges and lock all slotted into place just fine. Really quality workmanship.

I would not say a lot about genuine workmanship but with his experience as a skillful carpenter or journey master craftsman he has gain my confidence & respect. Instead of just replacing fan, he figured out what was wrong and came back and made repair in a timely manner.
