At this point June 14, 2021 we still haven't had our boat returned to us. They are unable to answer any questions in regards to the status and or when the boat will be returned to us. STAY AWAY from Shipwreck as this was a awful experience from start to finish. We had also purchased a pontoon boat from Shipwreck in 2015 and the experience was positive not sure what happened to this dealership??? I have also heard multiple other customers having the same frustrating experience that we are having.

Also, they have serviced our boat for a number of years and nothing but good things to say there too. Their customer service can't be beat!

When I arrived at the shop, they have sanitizer inside the door, arrows on the floor (although some folks are just too self-absorbed to bother - yes I'm talking to you lady on the cell phone who wouldn't move out of my way so I could pass safely) Parts counter has a plexiglass shield, and when I got to the front of the line - it was LINDSAY who helped me! What a coincidence! My item was waiting for me, and she sanitized the PIN pad very well so I could use my card. Transaction and indoor time was in & out in under 8 minutes. Worth the drive. Needless to say, the two times I've dealt with the Honda side were good in the past year. Could they do anything better? For me, no. That's why the 5 stars.

It was probably the most convenient out of all the places I typically go to. Booking was easy. I called and was able to book an appointment for the next day. On arrival, my car was taken in and done within 45 min. There was free coffee available and a small cafe inside if you wanted a small bite to eat. They have full breakfast service if you wanted it. My oil change was done quickly and professionally. I paid and everything was simply discussed with no sort of upselling. I was able to get a nice email of their inspection. It was really good since it had detailed photos of their inspection which is really a nice touch and makes everything recommended actually justified. I was told just to call for any quotes and service didnt pressure me or anything. Service was outstanding. The price was right as well and I was very pleased with my visit. They do offer car dropoff services if required but they dealt with my car there was actually no need. No frills. Great service and no complaints.
