Spoke to Brad, who was very knowledgeable about the brand and assured me I was getting a good deal on it, and then invited me down to talk to him if I had any questions or if I wanted to check out a new one. After I bought it, I brought it to Echo to have it checked out and serviced. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the service department got me in and out in no time and the level of service was excellent. Have been back for all my service requirements and the level never faltered. Sad to see the owners are retiring and the store is changing. Will still be back for service.

Charged me $170 to put new motorcycle tires on my rims, which I had also bought from them. needed…read morenew tires to pass out of province inspection. a couple of days later I picked up my wheels, put them back on my bike and I trailered it to the other side of the city. inspection place calls me and tells me my front tire was installed backwards and needs to be corrected before the bike would pass inspection. They offered to do it for $45, and instead of going 45 minutes across the city 3 times to grab my wheel to bring back to Alberta cycle and then return it, I thought it was the reasonable thing to do. Now, I go into Alberta cycle to explain the situation hoping to get my $45 refunded and was told "no. You should have brought the tire back for us to do it here." I had the paperwork from the OOP inspection to prove it and also the receipts from when they put my tires on the same week. Not fair that they expected me to waste 2 hours of my time for their mistake.

I have had my Harley in for inspection & maintenance, & also street tires installed, and the mechanics are pros! I used to be a mechanic & worked on all my own stuff. I'm totally confident in letting the folks at Sherwood Motorcycle do the wrench pulling for me!! And the lady at the parts counter & her staff are knowledgeable, friendly & fun to talk to! They have an amazing inventory, especially for off road machines, but also some street bike stuff, helmets, gloves etc, and I'm sure there's more parts and accessories, you just may have to ask! The upshot, a police report filed, and when the total cost of time,aggro and expense of registration is done, i will be seeing them in court, in Prince George BC, nice little drive, and a nice long time to think about messing folk around. .............................this is what 20000 bikes worth of experience gets you? Got the same info on an online chat with the bike manufacturer. I decided to check Gateway for a third opinion. Tim was so helpful putting my battery on a tester and determined there was still 18% power left and suggested they try to "wake it up". Well it worked and was only charged $50! That's a huge savings and I really appreciate Tim's knowledge and the great service I received there.
