Spoke to Brad, who was very knowledgeable about the brand and assured me I was getting a good deal on it, and then invited me down to talk to him if I had any questions or if I wanted to check out a new one. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the service department got me in and out in no time and the level of service was excellent. Charged me $170 to put new motorcycle tires on my rims, which I had also bought from them. needed…read morenew tires to pass out of province inspection. a couple of days later I picked up my wheels, put them back on my bike and I trailered it to the other side of the city. inspection place calls me and tells me my front tire was installed backwards and needs to be corrected before the bike would pass inspection. They offered to do it for $45, and instead of going 45 minutes across the city 3 times to grab my wheel to bring back to Alberta cycle and then return it, I thought it was the reasonable thing to do. Now, I go into Alberta cycle to explain the situation hoping to get my $45 refunded and was told "no. You should have brought the tire back for us to do it here." I had the paperwork from the OOP inspection to prove it and also the receipts from when they put my tires on the same week. Not fair that they expected me to waste 2 hours of my time for their mistake.
