I am not a fussy person. I am a good eater and a slightly larger person. I LOVE chips and chippies in general and I would NOT EAT this sausage OR chips. I vowed I would NEVER EVER give Chilvers my money ever again. The chips were chewy, greasy and rather re-fried tasting and the sausage was disgusting. If they want to survive in Manningtree, they need to sort themselves out and get a whole new batter recipe and even consider a re-fit as it has been the same for more than 12 years in there. I won't ever recommend them to anyone unless things change. I love supporting local businesses, but this is a warningyou won't last unless you make some changes.
